CONCEPT OF THE CAMP

The 13-days-long program will be consisted out of 5 2-days-long projects and each of them will be led by a Team leader which will be also a  member of team during other days. Each of the projects will end up by a workshop from a partner unversity.

The program of the whole camp includes also other actitivies with international Facilitators, for instance night games and other sport activities.

WHAT WILL DELEGATES LEARN ?

Each of the delegates will be leading a team and 2 international Facilitators will be helping them to do so and guide them through projects. Students will gain a basic theoretical knowledge to that particular project topic and will try it right away in a practical way – how to gain trust, how to make a right decision, how to take responsibility for team decisions and results, how to support team members in achieving their common goal. 2 Facilitators will guide and help them during the whole time.

At the end of some project, results will be presented and best team will get awarded.

The whole idea is based on so called KOLB SYSTEM:

THE PROJECTS GOAL IS TO IMPROVE THEIR:

Creativity and Creative thinking – students will have a particular topis for each of the projects, but the content, result and presentation is up to them.

Organizing skills and social, creative and team spirit of course their communication in English will get a lot better. The whole agenda is led by Facilitators only in english and due to that, students will learn how to react really fast, how to continuously express themselves and how to present in English.

Flexibility of thingking and Behaviour is nowadays very requested. Therefore, Facilitators will try to set students into unexpected situations (change in a game, change of game conditions etc.). Students will try their flexibility, also comparing to other team mates.

We´d like to evaluate the work of Facilitators in order to make it better every day. Acoording to that Feedback from students we will try to improve another upcoming activities.
